High Precision Ceramic Components

We manufacture high precision parts made out of Technical Ceramics, also called Advanced Ceramics, such as Zirconia (ZrO2), high purity Alumina (Al2O3) and ceramics blends, by Ceramic Injection molding exclusively according to customer specifications.
Our goal is to provide economical, high quality and high precision ceramic components.

High Hardness, excellent Chemical, Thermal, mechanical and Wear resistance, Bio-compatilibility, with a very good ability to be polished up to grade N1 enable the Technical Ceramics to be used in a broad range of high-tech applications involving the following key markets :

Alumina is the most versatile engineered ceramic because of its high temperature service limit along with its chemical, electrical and mechanical properties.
Zirconium Oxide is widely used and has superior high temperature properties. When combined with compounds of yttria, strength and fracture toughness can be significantly increased. This makes some grades of zirconia superior to most materials for abrasion and wear resistance, brittleness, and thermal shock resistance. Zirconia is electrical conductive above 900 ºC
Silicon nitride (Si3N4) is a chemical compound of silicon and nitrogen. It is a hard ceramic having high strength over a broad temperature range, moderate thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, moderately high elastic modulus, and unusually high fracture toughness for a ceramic. This combination of properties leads to excellent thermal shock resistance, ability to withstand high structural loads to high temperature, and superior wear resistance. Silicon nitride is mostly used in high-endurance and high-temperature applications, such as gas turbines, car engine parts, bearings and metal working and cutting tools. Silicon nitride bearings are used in the main engines of the NASA's Space shuttles. Thin silicon nitride films are a popular insulating layer in silicon-based electronics and silicon nitride cantilevers are the sensing parts of atomic force microscopes.
Structural ceramic component
Usage: for canner pump, magnetic drive pump. Vacuum pump, fixed anode X-ray tube shaft; for strong acid, strong alkali, salt,  measure pumps, flow meter and deep well pump; for nonmagnetic to hydrofluoric acid and etc
Characteristic: resistance to strong acid, strong alkali, salt and gas of deleterious. Especially resistance to hydrofluoric acid, long life, high hardness, resistance to wear.
